Kicks-off with an underground classic; Mission Control ‘Outta Limits’ - a deep, throbbing and soulful track that still sounds fresh after 20 years. Atjazz’s ‘For Real’ is a sublime, deep, rolling, afro-centric cut, and a sound I’m really loving at the moment. Includes some deep and smooth tracks from Europe with Sachrias & Aslak ‘Leather Flute’ and Cosmic Cowboys ‘Velvet’. South West Seven ‘What We Do’ gently pick things up again and ‘Pleasure From The Serpent’ (Random House Project) and ‘Soul Dreamer’ Moffit & Mixman get us towards towards funky. At the end I couldn’t resist dropping in a recent classic ‘The Cure and the Cause’… simply because I’m still loving it. Finishes up deep, dirty and sweaty with ‘Alien’ from Marlon D.
